ISO 14001:2004 is a robust environmental management system designed to manage an organization’s impact on the external environment. The requirements of ISO 14001:2004, which set out criteria for Environmental Management Systems, will help improve environmental performance in areas including waste management, pollution control, noise abatement, energy efficiency, ecological protection and air quality.
