Boluda Offshore Ltd  (a sister company of Tug Malta Ltd), and a proud member of the Med Tug Spa Group of Italy, the Boluda Group of Spain and the MSC Group of Switzerland, is seeking to recruit an energetic and experienced Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator to complement its Technical Department. The selected applicant will be responsible for source selection, procurement and the logistics functions associated with the Company’s needs for materials and services in line with its policies and procedures.  Reporting to the Technical Manager the successful candidate will primarily:

Manage the Company’s supply chain ensuring that the stock of spare parts, consumables, fuel and lubricating oils at the Company’s stores and on the fleet are available on a timely basis, at the highest quality and at the most competitive prices.

The successful candidate will also be expected to maintain supplier relationships and be responsible for the monitoring of stocks on board our vessels and the warehouse/store management.

Candidate should ideally:

• Have at least three years experience in purchasing and logistics management and be technically knowledgeable relative to the position;
• Preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
• Have solid analytical skills and computer proficiency; and
• Possess professional interpersonal and communication skills.
