Tug Malta’s technical service centre is synonymous with many years of experience in up-keeping the company’s own fleet and lately also in providing marine technical service support to third party vessels. The composition of the response team is the product of a resourceful and highly motivated group possessing the required craftsmanship and skills to support the industry. The Technical Service Centre and its response team are led by Eng. Karl Sammut and already boast of several successfully delivered projects professionally executed to the satisfaction of several household names clients.
Offering years of experience and knowhow, the technical services team offers a second to none range of repairs and maintenance services. Combining well maintained equipment and other hardware with an experienced and highly trained nucleus of people, some of whom with the legacy of Malta Drydocks’ vast exposure and expertise, the Centre also draws strength from its local and foreign partners including one of the leading and reputable shipyards in the world.
Tug Malta’s long years of its Technical Centre’s knowhow and ability of meeting strict high standards of excellence in delivering technical solutions has also been acknowledged abroad. In the coming weeks, and in keeping with its diversification and expansion strategy, the company will be rendering technical support services in various ports in Libya. The technical response team shall be required to provide quick reaction support, field assistance, technical surveys and preventive maintenance in cooperation with its aforementioned partners.
