Must be in possession of a Chief Engineer (Unlimited) STCW 95 Certificate of Competency as specified in section A-III/2 of the STCW Code. The ideal candidate should have preferably served on board tugs or offshore support vessels but must have served as Chief Engineer for at least twelve (12) months.
